You can see how I make these healthy breakfast tarts step by step. Sweet and delicious and – as always – super nutritious. Make them for breakfast, as a healthy snack, as a beautiful addition to your brunch table or simply for dessert. It is really one of those things you can eat ANYTIME ♥
2 ripe bananas
1 cup of quick oats
1/4 cup of soy vanilla milk
1 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp coconut oil (to grease tray)
1 tsp turmeric (to half the mixture – optional 😉 )
yogurt, regular or dairy free
fresh & frozen berries, banana
Simply watch the video 😉 or here a quick summary: Mix all ingredients up until the coconut oil in a bowl. Use the coconut oil to grease the tray. Add turmeric to a part of the mixture if you like. Preheat the oven to 350 F or 180 C. Bake the tarts for about 25 min until golden brown. Take them out of the tray and add a tbsp of the yogurt of your choice to the center of the tart. Add fresh or frozen berries, banana slices and hemp seeds.
